Whitecastle Private Equity Partners is a Toronto based investment fund focussed on providing capital for growth and buy-outs and investing in people. The objective of our business is to help entrepreneurial management teams achieve substantial capital gain for their shareholders over long periods of time. We do this by providing strategic and operational advice and capital for management buy-outs and buy-ins, expansions, acquisitions, privatizations and leveraged buy-outs. Whitecastle is a patient investor for the long-term as we believe that it takes time for a management team to prudently execute on a growth strategy to build a strong profitable business.

Our style is that of an active investor, working in partnership with experienced managers who have the energy and ability to build businesses and deliver superior performance.
