Canada is a country of privately owned small and medium sized companies. We seek to provide equity capital and our operating expertise to this very significant but largely underserved market. We provide capital for owners seeking liquidity for their privately held shares or requiring capital for expansion.

We are also interested in supporting management buy-outs of small to medium sized businesses as we believe that this is an exceptionally effective means of backing an entrepreneurial management group with deep company and industry knowledge.

Buy-ins present an opportunity for very experienced managers to seek out, with our help, companies to acquire and run. Like our candidates for buy-outs, we seek ambitious individuals (or teams) with significant experience in managing and growing businesses. We have called this our "Management Partnership Program," and it succeeds by bringing together the experienced executives who have the vision, energy and ability to build businesses, with our funding capability, investment expertise and access to deal flow. We are always interested in meeting entrepreteurial executives to explore how a joint approach to target companies might create opportunities.
