In our search for companies, we look to find as much as possible of the following:

• Companies with a competitive advantage and barriers to entry
• Strong management team
• High growth industries and high margin businesses
• Ability to influence decision making process
• Preferred deal size is $2 million to $5 million in initial financing
• Ability for follow-on investments
• Healthcare, environmental and software companies
• First or second stage financings
