A. Ephraim (Eph) Diamond incorporated Whitecastle
Investments Limited as an investment vehicle for his family in 1959.
Eph was the founding partner and President of Cadillac Development
Corporation from 1953 to 1974 and Chairman of the Board and CEO
of Cadillac Fairview Corporation from 1974 to 1979.
Carey Diamond, Eph’s son, joined the company
in 1989 and Whitecastle made the decision to devote its energy and
capital to investing in and assisting emerging growth companies.

until 1979 and continued on the Board of Directors and the Executive
Committee until the company was sold in 1987 when the company
was acquired by a private investment consortium. |

Whitecastle Investments since 1989 and during that time has
transitioned Whitecastle from a private family holding company
into one of Canada’s most successful private equity investors.

| Kim joined Whitecastle Investments Limited in February 1997 and has
progressed into her current role as controller. She is responsible for
the financial reporting and overall administrative management of the
Whitecastle group of companies. |

Janyce McLaren

Janyce has over 25 years of accounting and financial experience. Prior to joining Whitecastle in 2004, Janyce gained most of her experience working in the Pharmaceutical industry where she progressed to the position of Director of Finance at Knoll Pharmaceuticals.
